We understand the holiday industry from basic facilities to 5 star luxury. We understand the complex nature of your business and the unpredictability of your customers from leaving late to arriving early!
We will go through a step by step programme and compile a check list system .We discuss all your requirements thoroughly with you. Some owners like us to just clean whilst they restock and change bins etc whereas others would prefer to leave it all up to us – Its up to you!
The following guide should give you some idea of a fairly typical schedule:
- Clean throughout including the oven and fridge etc and if weather permits open the windows to freshen up
- Remove used towels and bedding and make the beds with freshly laundered bed linen and crisp clean towels
- Emptying the bins
- Restock the bathroom and/or kitchen to clients specifications – supply welcome baskets if necessary
- Checking for breakages
- Collect any items that have been left behind

We understand that as an owner of holiday cottages you may not be local and so you need someone reliable to turn the place around before the next tenants show up. Also there can often be unexpected additional issues which need to be dealt with in a hurry. To better enable us to provide a fully featured, headache free, service to our end of holiday let clients, we offer a discount to customers who use our cleaning service in conjunction with Fentons Laundry Services and/or Our Hands on Handyman.
